Return Policy

1. Service Cancellation
Squeblenkhex provides event planning and styling services. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service and timing of the cancellation:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are generally not eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.
2. Physical Products
For any physical products sold by Squeblenkhex (such as invitations, stationery, or decorative items):
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders, including personalized invitations, custom decorations, and bespoke styling elements, are made specifically for your event and are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun, unless:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item does not match the agreed-upon specifications
- We are unable to fulfill the order as agreed
4. Deposits
Deposits paid to secure event dates and services are typically non-refundable. However, refund eligibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on:
- Timing of cancellation
- Reason for cancellation
- Expenses already incurred
- Terms specified in your service agreement
5. Refund Process
To request a refund or return:

- Explain the reason for your return or cancellation request
- We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- We may request return of the damaged item for quality control purposes
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent the event from taking place, we will work with you to:
- Reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date
- Apply payments to a future event
- Provide a partial or full refund, depending on circumstances and expenses incurred
8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our service or have concerns about a refund, please contact us to discuss. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and amicably. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may have rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
